The hackers have made the Nokia N900 to run in various CPU clock speeds. The Nokia N900 is overclocked by editing the kernel. The Nokia N900 can reach upto maximum of 1GHZ. Eventhough Nokia care less for N900 the hackers love the device. They are doing some crazy stuffs with it.
The overclocking process needs to modify kernel sources and compile a custom kernel (you’ll need the SDK and stuff) and then flash it to the device.
Dont try this at home. You may fry your phone.
