How to connect Android phone as a modem in our laptop

There have been many step by step how to do it and here is summary from that one.

1. Install PDANet software on the laptop and Android phone.
2. Enabling USB Debugging by following the direction on the screen. After connecting Motorola Droid to the laptop via USB then run PDANet software by clicking  “Turn PDANet On”
3. Go to your laptop and Connect” on the PDANet software on your taskbar.
4. To disable the connection right click and select Disconnect (or Turn Off PdaNet on your Droid)
