HTC has finally announced the launch of the most awaited mid range Android phone, HTC Wildfire in India. The phone released is an upgraded version of the current mid range Android phones from HTC, the current version being HTC Tattoo.
HTC Wildfire features a 3.2” capacitive touch screen with the ability of QVGA resolution. A 528 MHz processor is a very good bit of memory installed in this phone. This phone has a 348 MB of RAM and 512 MB of ROM, which enhances the performance of this phone. The phone becomes more powerful with the 1350 mAH battery that offers a decent back up time for moderate use of this phone.
The imaging bit is governed by a 5 MP camera with LED flash light. Music lovers will enjoy in relief the nuances of music with the accessory of 3.5 mm jack. Other features of connectivity are abundant with a supporting USB, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Other features that add values to the price are FM radio and a digital compass. There is also an optical joystick for navigation and a microSD card slot with limited memory.
The phone on launch is priced Rs. 16, 590 and is available with your reseller being tied up with Reliance GSM with a 500 MB worth free data for the first six months after purchase.
